You can change different aspects of your scheduled payment, depending on your property's options, when you are making the change, and whether you are making the change before the month has started or not.
Changes to your plan, schedule, or payment method must be made before the payment cutoff. Please note that late payments cannot be rescheduled.
To change your plan for the upcoming month
1st payment of the month is more than 4 business days away
Select “Modify” at the top of the dashboard. From your property's options, choose the plan, schedule, and payment method you want to use for this payment. You will have the option to use these settings for the selected month only or use them as your recurring plan settings (“Plan”) going forward.

Select “Modify” at the top of the home screen. You may have a choice to adjust the payment settings for this month or pay late,* depending on your property.
To change your plan after the first payment has processed (2 Pay and 4 Pay only)
Select "Modify" at the top of the home screen. You will have a choice to change the payment method for mid-month payments (i.e. the 2nd payment in a 2 Pay month) or to pay late,* depending on your property.
Please note that you cannot change your plan or schedule after the first payment of the month. For example, if you start the month on a 2 Pay plan, you cannot change it to 4 Pay.
To change your payment settings for a specific month in the future
Go to your Plan. Next to "Exceptions," click "Add." Click on the month you would like to change and select the plan, schedule, and payment method you would like to use for that month.
To change a late payment
You cannot change the date of a late payment once it has been scheduled. You can, however, change the payment method before the payment cutoff.
Select “Modify” at the top of the dashboard. You will only have the choice to adjust the payment settings for this month.
