Before your payment date
If you run into an unexpected situation and aren't able to make your rent payment, your property may allow you to pay late to avoid a failed payment (and an overdraft fee from your bank).
You must reschedule the payment before the end of the month and no more than 14 days after the original payment date. If you do not reschedule the payment or if your rescheduled payment fails, your account will be paused and you will need to speak with your property manager about your options.
Late payments incur a late fee, which varies by property.
After your payment date
If your scheduled payment fails (or is not received, if you're paying by cash or Cash App), you will be charged a $5 failed payment fee plus a late fee, which varies by property.
You must reschedule the payment before the end of the month and no more than 14 days after the original payment date. If you do not reschedule the payment or if your rescheduled payment fails, your account will be paused and you will need to speak with your property manager about your options.
Please note that many banks charge a fee for failed transactions (usually shown as an overdraft fee). To avoid you having to pay these fees multiple times, we will not attempt your payment again until your rescheduled payment date.
