Congrats on the new place! Circa will stop processing your rent payments on your old lease when you have paid all outstanding rent through the lease period. If your new community offers Circa, request a Lease ID from your property manager.
My new community supports Circa
To link your new lease, sign in to your existing Circa account.
In the app: Go to Settings > Leases. Tap "Link Lease" and follow the setup instructions.
On web: Click the arrow next to your name in the upper righthand corner. Select “Leases.” Click the link symbol to connect your new lease to your account.
Once you’ve selected your plan, schedule, and payment method, you’re all set!
My new community does not support Circa
If your new community does not support Circa, we’ll miss you! Not to worry, you can sign in to Circa at any time to view your payment history and lease information for any leases supported by Circa in the past.
