If we do not receive confirmation of your cash payment from the payment processor (i.e. MoneyGram), then we will send you a failed payment notification. If you do not receive a failed payment notification, you can safely assume your rent was paid.
If you are worried that your payment wasn’t processed successfully, first check your payment history by going to "History" and selecting the payment in the list to check the payment status. If you have further questions, please contact us.
